Ardent Talent was established in April 2017 and is owned and managed by Sarah MacDonnell. Sarah is one of the founding members of The Agents of Young Performers Association (AYPA) and sits on the board as Vice Chairperson.  As part of her work at the AYPA, Sarah has contributed to industry forums and panels as well as several best practice documents for this sector of the industry. ​

A former actress herself, Sarah has many years experience as an agent, performer and teacher in the performing arts. Sarah is also Mum to an actor who, at the age of 9 began working professionally in the West End before moving into film and television. They are now working full time as an adult actor with a flourishing career. This gives Sarah valuable first hand experience of the industry from a parent's perspective.

At Ardent Talent we pride ourselves as a friendly boutique talent agency representing only a select number of young actors from across the UK. Our clients are working throughout the industry in television, film, theatre and animation. Ardent Talent proudly has co-rep relationships with some of the top US agents and managers in LA and NY further expanding opportunities for our clients.
