Ardent Talent was established in April 2017 and is owned and managed by Sarah MacDonnell. Sarah is one of the founding members of The AYPA and sits on the board as Vice Chairperson.

A former actress herself, Sarah has many years experience as an agent, performer and teacher in the performing arts. She is also a Mum to a successful former child actress who is now working full time in the industry as an adult, therefore giving her valuable first hand experience of the industry as a parent.

At Ardent Talent we pride ourselves as a friendly boutique talent agency representing only a select number of children and young performers aged from 4 through to 24 from across the UK. Our clients are working throughout the industry in television, film, theatre, animation and commercials. Ardent Talent proudly has a co-rep relationship with some of the top US agents and managers in LA and NY further expanding opportunities for our clients.  

 

Our ethos at Ardent is simple. We aim to discover talent and develop and manage the careers of passionate young performers whilst offering them every opportunity to work within the industry. We offer them our passion, commitment, guidance and expertise.
